The Key Derivative To “Mend” Is m-END.

 At any given time that “thing” whatever it is is going to mend. ... your broken-heart, your worst job, your brutal struggles through tough circumstances. Whatever that “thing” is. And the key derivative to mend is m-END. 

    So, hang on... Especially WHEN YOU DONT FEEL LIKE IT.. sing, dance, read, learn, teach, form new mind-behaviors and habitats... think on new things—good, loving things. Form new life and health habits. Ride a bike, form your own exercise workout, start a small business, start journaling... do it anyway. And look yourself in the mirror, and say, “Hey! I love you!” Grab your collar and say, “You’ve got this! ” 

     Do these things without ceasing, and I promise you... one day it’s all going to be better. You will survive this!
